Fighting Impotence at Age 60 and Beyond
There are a number of ways to fight impotence at age 60, but you must make sure to visit a doctor before you decide what to do. In many cases, the impotence is actually a side effect of something that is more problematic and life threatening.

In these cases, it is best to see a doctor and determine whether or not it is a cardiovascular disease or even high blood pressure that is causing the problem. Both of these can be fixed, but they are life threatening.
The doctor will most likely give you medication and a diet and exercise regimen that will be effective in helping you to fight off the impotence and take back your life.

Most people are retiring at the age of 60, which means that you will have all the free time that you need to finally get the sex life that you have always wanted with your partner.

There is no reason why you should not be maintaining this kind of activity at all times. Do not allow your golden years to be dragged down by impotence at the age of 60.

Make sure that you recognize old age comes with problems. You may not be able to get an erection at all times, but you should still try to maintain the same lifestyle.
